I need to fire two of my painters and it's really hard to do. They're nice enough kids but they show up late all the time, goof off while they should be working, and take longer than they should on a lot of jobs. I think I'm justified in firing them, but it still sucks to actually do it. Sometimes I'm too nice to run a business well.
